This will be a huge story soon

I don't love tennis but I do enjoy watching it from time to time because the athletes are absurd. A story that is yet to blow up will rock the tennis and sporting world I believe. Theodore Fortsmann the CEO of IMG, the agency which represents Roger Federer, is being sued by Jim Agate. Agate claims that Fortsmann was receiving information regarding tennis  and match ups from Federer and then gambling on matches based on the info. It has been since reported that Fortsmann put $40,00 on Federer to win the 2007 French Open Final, a match he lost to Rafael Nadal. Perhaps you don't see a problem with a CEO of a sports agency gambling on sports and that is a whole different topic because Fortsmann does much more with tennis than own the company the represents the sports top player. Fortsmann's company IMG single handedly is in charge of many tennis tournaments, meaning they are in charge of seedings, brackets, and match ups. This is the equivalent of Lebron James giving David Stern info on games and the Stern betting on teams after he makes their schedule. This story isn't huge yet, but we believe it will be.
