The night capper is Arizona State at Washington. Arizona State has played well on the road but they are 0-2 after losing @Wisconsin and @ Oregon State. Steven Threet has thrown 9 TD's but 10 INT's. Early Heisman candidate Jake Locker as not been quite as good as advertised, but he has been solid. Locker is coming off a monster weekend @ USC where he threw for over 300 and ran for another 100. The Devils always play tough on the road, but have turned the ball over too much on the road to win one. Locker shines. THE PICK WASHINGTON -1
