THIS WEEK (4-5-1) YTD (22-13-3)
Well it certainly wasn't the best week we've had and it wasn't a complete disaster. And we were really close to having a big week but some games ended with some wild finishes.
Cleveland was down 21-10 with the cover in hand as well as the ball with 2 minutes left to play. Then of course Colt Mccoy throws a pick on his own 15 yard line, but we still had life as we thought the steelers might just run out the clock. But on a 3rd and 6 from the 14 with 1:26 left on the clock Rapelisberger hooked up with Heath Miller for a 14 yard TD pass. Then miraculously Mccoy leads the Browns all the way down to the Steelers 18 yard line but failed to spike the ball before the game clock expired. Tough late score gets the cover for the steelers who really looked brutal.
Green Bay got a stop in OT and drove with the ball before Aaron Rogers took a 5 yard sack on 4th down. Packers punted and the Dolphins won the OT game on a 44 yard field goal. Tough Loss
Indy pushed when their defense who was strong for most of the game decided to make it close at the end.
Atlanta was a bad pick and they got worked from the get go.
St. Louis came out tough like we thought they would against the Chargers and won the game out right.
Pitt hammered Syracuse like we thought they would.
Texas went into Nebraska and knocked off the former unbeaten huskers. What we didn't expect was the Texas defense to play so well that Nebraska would sit their star freshman QB Taylor Martinez.
